    How to make matcha 4 ways

    How to make a hot matcha

      Step 1

      1/2 tsp

    • mature 80 degree water temperature

      Step 2

      Add splash of 80° water

    • matcha bamboo whisk

      Step 3

      Whisk in a 'W' shape until frothy

      Top up with hot water or milk

    How to make iced matcha

    Best matcha online!

    I was gifted a pack of mini matchas from bird and blend a couple years ago, this one though was my favourite and I’ve come back to it multiple times. Not overly sweet but sweet enough that it hasn’t got that “grassy” taste! I love it as a matcha latte and with a little vanilla extract in the frothy milk! My new favourite morning ritual is making a matcha - it’s such a relaxing way to start the day, gives me a caffeine hit without the crash!

    My favourite matcha

    I have been buying matcha for a year from Bird & Blend. I have tired other matchas, but I will always stay with with Bird and Blend as they are my favourite.
