    This is a classic ceremonial grade matcha, which is perfect for anything from traditional tea ceremonies to iced matcha lattes - what's not to love?

    Matcha is traditional ground Japanese green tea, having been consumed for centuries for its green goodness. We use the highest quality traditional ground Japanese matcha powder which has been shaded two weeks prior to harvest.

    How to make matcha 4 ways

    How to make a hot matcha

      Step 1

      1/2 tsp

    • mature 80 degree water temperature

      Step 2

      Add splash of 80° water

    • matcha bamboo whisk

      Step 3

      Whisk in a 'W' shape until frothy

      Top up with hot water or milk

    How to make iced matcha

      Step 1

      1/2 tsp

    On a birthday week away in York, how delighted was I to see a physical B&B store! I had no idea, so I dragged the hubby in and were welcomed by lovely staff, my hubby is a tough sell and the staff were fantastic trying to find matches to his taste. Then came the matcha…absolutely first class, he was sold immediately, it took me a second visit but totally converted and now a daily ritual, love B&B ❤️
