    Black tea | Medium caffeine

    This black tea & herbal combo delight takes inspiration from one of our favourite Easter time culinary traditions - with a classic B&B twist! The result is a comforting & warming, gently minty fresh Easter tea treat! 

    Ingredients

    Sri Lankan Black Tea, Chinese Mao Feng Black Tea, Black Peppercorns, Roasted Dandelion Root, Rosemary, Spearmint, Lemon Thyme, Natural Flavouring

    How to make a hot tea

    • perfect loose leaf tea spoon

      Step 1

      1 tsp

    • tea brewing temperature

      Step 2

      Boil water to 100°

    • tea brewing time

      Step 3

      Wait 2-4 mins

    • hot cup of tea

      Step 4

      With or without milk

    How to cold brew tea

    • loose leaf tea in cold brew tea bottle

      Step 1

      Scoop 5-6 tsp into a bottle

    • Add cold water

      Step 2

      Add 750ml cold water

    • refrigerate for 4-6 hours

      Step 3

      Leave 4-6 hrs or overnight

    • Enjoy over ice.

      Step 4

      Pour over ice & enjoy!

    Delightful

    I really enjoyed this, hot generally without milk and occasionally with lemon. I’ve not tried it cold brewed but imagine it would work well. It’s a lovely light herby taste, more rosemary than mint. I was lucky enough to get some whilst it was on sale just after Christmas!
