    Yerba Mate tea | Medium caffeine

This energising Yerba Maté blend will help you get your head down with Chinese sencha & ashwagandha, along with soothing lemon verbena and lemon myrtle. So you can rise above the rest with your head in the clouds.

    How to make a hot tea

    • perfect loose leaf tea spoon

      Step 1

      1 tsp

    • tea brewing temperature

      Step 2

      Boil water to 100°

    • tea brewing time

      Step 3

      Wait 4+ mins

    • hot cup of tea

      Step 4

      Without milk

    How to cold brew tea

    • loose leaf tea in cold brew tea bottle

      Step 1

      Scoop 5-6 tsp into a bottle

    • Add cold water

      Step 2

      Add 750ml cold water

    • refrigerate for 4-6 hours

      Step 3

      Leave 4-6 hrs or overnight

    • Enjoy over ice.

      Step 4

      Pour over ice & enjoy!

    Nice tea

    Nice enough tea.

    I’m not sure I’d buy again . I’m trying a variety of teas as I want to continue to buy those that stay in stock and are not just seasonal.
