    Inspired by the moreish British classic - the gingernut biscuit, this matcha combines all the goodness of green tea powder with a lovely subtle warmth from ginger, & a malty biscuit sweetness. What's not to love!

    How to make matcha 4 ways

    How to make a hot matcha

    • matcha spoon

      Step 1

      1/2 tsp

    • mature 80 degree water temperature

      Step 2

      Add splash of 80° water

    • matcha bamboo whisk

      Step 3

      Whisk in a 'W' shape until frothy

      Top up with hot water or milk

    How to make iced matcha

    • matcha spoon

      Step 1

      1/2 tsp

    • mature 80 degree water temperature

      Step 2

    Didn't like this flavour but the B&B customer service team are amazing!

    I had a small tin of this from the advent calendar and liked it so ordered the 30g tin but it tasted different and not at all to my liking.

    I reached out to B&B via email and have had it replaced under the Happiness Guarantee! What a fabulous company :)

    my favourite matcha

    I've been drinking matcha at home and this is the best one ive ever tried. I now prefer making my own at home to getting it from a coffee shop :)
