Fruity but the white leaves make it still very much a "tea" - this is delicate, light, and rather sweet. Mercifully light on the liquorice and doesn't rely on hibiscus padding. I love it and drink it throughout the morning when I've switched from my two essential cups of coffee. I do not know what Edinburgh Rock is supposed to taste like, so I had no expectations, but this is lovely!
