A smooth velvety delight, with hints of chocolate - we promise you’ve never tasted a pink latte as good as this one! For all you cake lovers out there, this tea latte really does combine the best of both worlds, tea & cake, and can be made vegan & sugar free too!

Serves: 1
What you will need:
- 2-3 Perfect Teaspoons of Red Velvet Tea
- 100ml freshly drawn boiling water
- Teapot or strainer (we recommend Brewdini Gravity Steeper)
- Oat milk (or another alternative milk)
- Sweetener of choice (we like Sweetbird Vanilla Syrup)
- Cocoa powder
What to do:
- First, brew 2-3 heaped teaspoons of Red Velvet tea into your Brewdini then add the boiling water & brew for 4 minutes. You can also use alternative teapots, strainers or tea sacs to brew your loose leaf tea.
- Strain the tea into your mug, leave enough room for your milk.
- Gently heat your milk on the stove or in the microwave and, if you have one, use a milk frother to make it nice & frothy. You can also add the tea & the milk to a frother or hot chocolate maker machine.
- Pour your milk over your tea and make sure you get a lovely big dollop of foam on top.
- Add a sprinkle of cocoa powder for that final touch.
- Enjoy!
